How do I close/cancel my Merchant Account?
For all Merchant Account Cancellation Requests, please complete the form below:

Note:
- Account closure requests may take up-to 72 hours to be completed. There is a $50 account closure cost, unless the account is only closing seasonally/temporary.
- To avoid any potential ACH rejections and outstanding balances, please keep your assigned bank account open for at-least 30 days from date of account closure (not the date of closure request). Merchant account billing operates on a one-month delay, meaning the current month's processing fees are billed at the start of the following month.
- Any loaner and/or equipment provided by CoCard must be returned within 10 days from signed account cancellation request to complete the account closure. Account will remain open until the equipment has been returned and verified. Equipment must be mailed to:
