Updating a bank account on file is fairly straight forward process with us. First, the merchant account owner will need to contact our Customer Service at 1-800-577-0195 or helpdesk@cocard.com to begin the process. After account verification, we will need a proof of the new bank account information. The new bank account information can be provided in a form of a voided check or a bank letter. Business name and address must be listed on the check, temporary checks are not acceptable.
How long does it take to update this information?
Bank account update can take 1-2 business days before it is fully updated. It is important not to close the existing bank account until the new bank account information has been updated in our systems.
