How to Turn Off Online Ordering in Revonu POS
Merchants can disable online ordering at any time using one of the following methods:
Option 1: Disable from the POS
- Go to Operations
- Select POS Settings
- Navigate to Web Order
- Deselect the Web Order option
- Click Save
Note: If you have multiple POS stations, only one station should have Web Order enabled. Be sure to check each station and disable Web Order on the appropriate device if needed.
Option 2: Disable from the Merchant Dashboard (Back Office)
- Log in to the merchant dashboard (not the admin portal)
- Go to Online Orders
- Select Stores
- Turn off or adjust pickup/delivery hours to stop accepting online orders
This will prevent new online orders from being placed.
