FD 130/150 Terminal: How to Issue a Refund

  1. Select OTHER.
  2. Select REFUND.
  3. Enter the refund amount.
  4. Press green ENTER key.
  5. The terminal will prompt you to present payment.
  6. If customers card is present, swipe the customer’s card now. If it’s an EMV chip card, insert it at the bottom of the terminal.
  7. If the customers card is not present, key enter in the customer’s credit card information using the terminals keypad.
  8. Choose Credit or Debit.
  9. The terminal will process the refund.
  10. A receipt will print out confirming the refund.
  11. To print a customer copy, select Yes.
