FD 130/150 Terminal: How to Void a Transaction
- Select OTHER from the main screen.
- Select VOID.
- The terminal will prompt you to enter the transaction sequence number from the receipt.
- Locate the sequence number on the receipt and enter it in.
- Press the green ENTER key.
- The terminal screen will show the transaction you’d like to void.
- If the correct transaction, select OK.
- The terminal will perform the void.
- A receipt confirming the voided transaction will print.
Note: Void's can only be performed if the current batch has not been closed yet. If the batch has been closed, you wont be able to perform a void you will need to process a
Refund.
