Back Office: User Management - Manager Access: Discount, Transfer and Void Options
Sign into the Back Office and select a Store.
On the left-side Navigation Panel, click User Management then click Roles.

On the Roles page: identify the Manager (or your operation’s equivalent). Under Actions, click the corresponding three dots (•••) then select Edit. The Update Role pane appears.

To Grant permissions for Discount, Transfer and Voiding:
Select POS, then check the Void Item, Discount, and Transfer Check/Table boxes.
Unchecking a box means restricting the permission.

Select POS Operations, then check the Void Check box.

On the bottom of the pane, click Update (the button in pink means changes have been made). You are returned to the Roles screen and the banner 'Role Updated Successfully' appears at the top-right.
