iOS: How to Install CloudPOS Insights App

How to Install Cloud POS Insights App on your iPhone:

  1. Open Safari on your iPhone, copy the link below, and click on "Open Link" :

  1. Click download for apple
  2. Click install

  3. After app is installed, go to: iPhones Settings > General > VPN & Device Management > select "Benseron Information Technologies" > select Trust "Benseron Information Technologies Inc" > "Trust"
  4. Device will restart
  5. trust and enter passcode
  6. Device will restart again
  7. You can now open the CloudPOS Insights app and login with your Back Office credentials

    if you had the insights app installed before updating to iOS 18 you will need to first untrust Benseron Information Technologies in VPN settings, then follow the above directions.
