Creating Predefined Product/Item Reasons + Other Reason Types

  1. Sign into the Back Office.

  2. On the left-side Navigation Panel, click Products/Items then Reasons.
              

  3. On the Reasons screen: create a New Reason by clicking + NEW REASON or update an existing Reason by clicking the pencil icon.


    1. New Reason

      1. On the New Reason pane:
      2. Select the Reason Type.
      3. Enter the Reason.
      4. When finished, click Save at the bottom-right.



    2. Update Reason

      1. On the Update Reason pane:
      2. Update the existing Reason Type
        and / or
      3. Update the existing Reason.
      4. When finished, click Update at the bottom-right.

Pro Tip: You can create Pre Defined Reasons for all Reason Types from all in one place such as: Item Notes, Check Voids, Paid Outs, Paid Ins, Till Over/Short Reasons, Refund Reason, Exchange Reason, Employee Break, Tax Exempt and Layaway.
